EOS MATRIX licensed by the Croatian National Bank as an authorized credit servicer in Croatia.
Croatian National Bank (hereafter referred to as „CNB“) has issued the authorization to perform as credit servicer to EOS MATRIX d.o.o.
EOS Matrix d.o.o. is registered in the national register of authorized credit servicers under number SK005.
The process of obtaining above mentioned authorization (so-called licensing) was carried out in accordance with the Law on the manner, conditions and procedure of servicing and purchase and sale of receivables (Official Gazette, No. 155/2023).
The aim of the Law is to regulate the business of purchasers and servicers of non-performing receivables, to prescribe the procedure for obtaining authorization and supervision over authorized companies, while taking into consideration the protection of consumer rights.
As a part of the EOS Group, which has been successfully operating for 50 years and has business locations in 26 countries, EOS MATRIX offers advanced services in the field of receivables management with the aim of reaching agreements and creating individual repayment plans that lead to sustainable debt reduction, i.e. debt repayment.
