Notice regarding deceptive emails sent under the name of EOS MATRIX d.o.o.

We have noticed the appearance of emails being deceptively sent under the name of EOS MATRIX d.o.o.
Such e-mails have all the characteristics of a scam attempt known as phishing, where fake senders pose as legitimate entities to gain some benefit. Phishing emails may contain payment requests, threats of enforcement, or other forms of fraud.
If you receive a suspicious email, it is important to pay attention to the email's domain, as messages sent by perpetrators come from fake domains, not from the legitimate EOS MATRIX domain. Our official e-mail address always contains the extension @eos-matrix.hr.
Please do not open links or attachments from such messages. Instead, we recommend that you contact us at the telephone number +385 1 2016 160 or at the e-mail address [email protected] so that we can verify the authenticity of the message.

We advise you to be cautious and not to share your personal information with unknown persons via e-mail.
How you recognize a phishing letter

What is phishing?

Phishing is a type of online fraud used to trick people into revealing their personal information, such as passwords, credit card numbers, bank accounts, or other sensitive data. Senders often pretend to be trustworthy individuals or organizations (e.g., banks, government agencies, popular companies) in order to convince you to trust them and provide the requested information.

Check the sender's email address

Pay attention to email addresses that do not look official (do not have the correct domain) or are suspicious. On mobile phones, the correct email address of the sender is often not visible, we advise you to click on the drop-down menu and check the sending address.

Check that the email is intended for you

If you see that you have received an email with a large number of unknown addresses in the "Cc" or “Bcc”(“Recipient”) field, this may be a sign of a phishing attack. Senders do this to hide the real recipients or collect email addresses.
