We currently have over 200 employees, organized into a number of sectors and teams – from collection and receivables management, finance, legal support, and human resources to ICT, marketing, real estate management, and other functions that together provide daily support to our business.

Through internal job postings, we offer further development opportunities to our employees who possess the specific knowledge and skills required for successful job performance.

Many of our employees started their journey at EOS by working in our call center and have advanced through internal job postings to various positions within the same sector or by transferring to another sector.

What does the selection process look like?

Every application is important to us, so we strive to inform all candidates about their status in the selection process as soon as possible.

Candidates who were not shortlisted during the pre-selection of resumes will also receive feedback, as it is important for us to thank them for their effort and interest in working at EOS.

Our Human Resources Department is actively involved in the entire selection process and is available for additional questions.
