EOS zajedno o ostalim članicama HUAN-a usuglasilo paket mjera za ublažavanje negativnog utjecaja krize na socijalno ugrožene građane

Članice Hrvatske udruge agencija za naplatu potraživanja (u nastavku: Agencije) usuglasile su skup mjera kojima je cilj ublažiti negativni utjecaj krize na socijalno ugrožene građane. 

U potpunosti svjesne potencijalnih posljedica krize na građane, Agencije i u ovom izazovnom razdoblju žele podržati nastojanja Vlade RH te, vodeći računa o socijalnim komponentama, doprinijeti aktivnostima. U razdoblju od šest mjeseci (1. listopada 2022. do 31. ožujka 2023.), Agencije će implementirati niz od pet mjera kojima će potpuno obustaviti dio aktivnosti koje su dio procesa naplate potraživanja te obustaviti obračun zatezne kamate. Mjere bi se primjenjivale na građane Republike Hrvatske koji imaju ostvareno barem jedno od dostupnih prava u sustavu socijalne skrbi temeljem Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi te se ne primjenjuju na poslovne subjekte. Mjere koje smo usvojili na razini Hrvatske udruge agencija za naplatu potraživanja nastavak su koordinacije s Vladom prilikom ranijih izazovnih situacija, poput potresa i pandemije, kada smo također paketom mjera omogućili građanima jednostavnije premošćivanje tog razdoblja. U skladu s pozitivnom praksom članica HUAN-a, u ovom ćemo periodu dodatno intenzivirati individualni pristup prema svakom dužniku, sagledavajući njihove realne materijalne mogućnosti kako se ne bi dodatno ugrozila njihova egzistencija. Vjerujemo kako će i u ovim okolnostima predložene mjere HUAN-a doprinijeti aktivnostima koje Vlada RH poduzima s ciljem financijske stabilnosti i zaštite socijalno ugroženih građana. 

U prilogu dostavljamo detaljno razrađene mjere, definiciju dužnika na koje bi se primjenjivale te način provedbe.
